hi is there any excersise through yoga or some other medium. What is the actual cause of it but. Is it due to change of my eating habits from being non veg to veg from past 3 years.
Brief Answer:
Not related to diet. Suggests immune status.
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
Anti CCP antibodies cannot be reduced by yoga or exercise but you can considerably reduce the joint pain and disability with the help of yoga, regular stretching exercises and physiotherapy.
The rise in antibodies suggests an immune related cause. Change in diet to non veg usually does not affect the antibody status.
