Brief Answer:
Provide more details
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Walking difficulties can be due to cerebellar, sensory involvement.
Have you got any blood investigation. I would like to review the full MRI report and blood reports before my final comments. If you have the MRI report or the film and blood reports, please upload it here.
Further I would like to know if you have any neck pain, motor weakness, sensory loss, urinary complains, falls?
Provide more details.

Provide details regarding investigations
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Atrophy of cerebellum occurs due to many causes like vitamin B12 Def, Thyroid disorder, vitamin E deficiency, drug related, alcohol, genetic disorder like spino-cerebellar ataxia.
The investigations are wide including above mentioned plus SCA panel.
If you can provide Mri films jpeg and blood reports with prescription then the plan for investigation and diagnosis can be achieved.

Brief Answer:
Possibility of progressive disorder
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
If all blood reports are normal then possibility of genetic or idiopathic cerebellar ataxia is likely. The condition could be progressive and prognosis is not considered. Response to treatment is also not good.
I wish if you can upload all available reports and prescription for better analysis of your condition.

Hello,
All these medications are symptomatic only and nothing specific for cerebellar atrophy and balance problems.
Uploading of reports and images of Mri and previous prescription will help to explain the disease and prognosis better to you.
