Does Blood Clots In Urine Indicate Pregnancy?

Question: I am 30 years old..trying to conceive for past 3 months...i have 35 days period calender..i was expecting date on 2nd XXXXXXX 2016 but missed it...last date was on 27th nov...from last 3 days i have seen small blood clots passing with urine only...m i pregnant? ??

Only home pregnancy test done but it showed negative. ..also i have some cramping as well ..

If the urine pregnancy test is negative, then pregnancy is ruled out.
However, to be sure, you should get a blood beta hCG levels done and if still negative, then other causes for delayed periods like hypothyroidism, hyperprolactemia and polycystic ovarian disease should be ruled out.
