Brief Answer:
no weight loss...

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

there is no food, you could eat to loose weight. You can't loose weight without balancing caloric intake with caloric expenditure. "No pain, no gain...".

Adding food with almost zero caloric content like lettuce for example, as salad with your meal may help you loose weight by reducing your hunger and reducing the absorption of nutrients of high caloric content (like fat). This would be an indirect way to loose weight by eating something.

Kind Regards!
