1. Dizziness is is a symptom of various causes. We need to identify the cause before treating the same.
2. Most of the clinicians have a wrong notion and think that all the cases of dizziness is due to ear problems.
3. Before giving my opinion, I need to know more about your problem.
a. Since how many days are you suffering from this?
b. Is your dizziness like spinning around sensation or just imbalance?
c. What triggers your dizziness? Rolling over the bed, getting up from sitting position, walking, bending, etc.
d. Is your dizziness associated with headache?
e. Is your dizziness followed by ringing in the ears, vomiting and reduction of hearing?
f. For how long does the episode of dizziness last?
g. Any associated neck pain or earache or ear discharge?
h. Did your ENT specialist do any ear tests, CTscan or MRI?
i. Do you suffer from any cardiac related problems?
j. Do you have recurrent nasal block or breathing difficulty?
