Hi and thank you for asking me directly!

First of all it's important to know that Ceftriaxone (Rocefin) i.v use may be responsibile for high glucose levels by a combination of the following factors:
1. Infection which is the reason for antibiotics is associated with elevated sugar levels.
2. Ceftriaxone i.v use may interfere with most of the ordinary home measuring blood sugar levels.

In order to make a correct measuring of your blood sugar levels you should discuss with your doctor and measure at hospital.

Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!
