Certolizumab pegol is a recombinant, humanised antibody Fab' fragment against tumour necrosis factor alpha (TNFα) expressed in Escherichia coli and conjugated to polyethylene glycol (PEG). It is used in the treatment of crohn's disease, active rheumatoid arthritis (RA), active psoriatic arthritis, active ankylosing spondylitis.

I have found that there are drug trial which have shown sexual dysfunction as a rare side effects.
