Hello,
Thanks for your query
Kidney cancer may present as lump, hematuria(blood in the urine) or mild flank pain.
Urinalysis in kidney cancer is normal or may show blood in the urine specimen.
Pain in the lower abdomen or flank is unlikely to be related to cancer.
Your urine report is normal and therefore you will need other tests to know the cause of your pain. These include An ultrasound and a plain X-ray of the KUB region.
If these reports are normal and the pain still persists, then a CT scan(computed tomography) may be done.
I hope i have answered your query
I will be happy to answer any follow-up queries that you may have
Thanks
