Question: Hello doctor. I am 24. My height is 188cm. My weight is 52kg. I am having habbit of handjob 3days per week and sperm will come out side.i have this habit from last 18 mobths. Will I get the weight gain. If yes what the food I need to take. Suggest me how to get rid of this.

7.Fruits like Guava,Apple and Pomegranate.
