Question: my sons eyes roll back in his head and he gets a headache when this happens could it be migraines? YYYY@YYYY

If headache appears just when he roll back his eyes, then is very unlikely to be migraine. He needs more detailed neurological exam with ophthalmological examination to rule out intracranial hypertension ( early signs of increased intracranial pressure: pain behind the eyes globes accompanied by headache, transient visual disturbances, ).

His physician will decide if he needs more tests additionally. Important keep under control seizures, (because headache can be as a post seizure complication and appear lately) continue the prescribed medication.
