Hello,

Welcome to XXXXXXX Thanks for the query.

You're a hypertensive and on medication.
The blood pressure is also little on the higher side.

The tingling and burning pain which your are experiencing may be due to high blood pressure which is affecting the nerves and causing Hypertensive neuropathy.

Presence of anaemia make it worse.

Effective control of blood pressure to near normal.
Correction of anaemia with iron supplements is needed.

Vitamin B12 supplements with help in reducing the pain by strengthening the nerves.

The above mentioned are some of the treatment parts.

Now coming to the investigation part.
1. Nerve conduction study should be done to find the extent of nerve damage.
2. Serum electrolyte and renal function test for any abnormality.

The nature of pain which you're describing is mostly due to neurological pain.
Consultation with a neurologist will be needed.

Hope the answer helps you.
