Weight loss could be healthy only when when it is the result of combined effort of diet restrictions and work out.
Work out like simple walk to jog for a minimum of 30min per day and aerobics would suffice.
Also you may have to cut down the calorie intake , by restriction carbohydrates and fats. Follow a well Planned diet chart.
It does take some time after starting diet and work out to see some differences in the weight. Be patient do not strain your self.
