Question: there is tiny spec XXXXXXX like strands in my sprem when i ejaculate, im 28, 5'8, 240 lbs
yrs ago, i noticed blood in my sperm as well

The condition you are having is Hematospermia. You need to get your blood pressure checked.

In addition, you should get your urine examination and USG KUB (ultrasound) and pelvis done.

Usually no cause can be identified and the condition corrects by itself.
