Have Frequent Bowel Movements Throughout The Day Mostly After Eating Something Since Childhood. Suggest Diet?

Conservative measures before going for invasive
Detailed Answer:
HiXXXXX! Good evening . I am Dr shareef answering your query.
You have not mentioned about your dietary habits at present. If you are eating from outside frequently, then it could be due to amebiais which gives rise to such symptoms. In that case, I would advise you to stop taking frequent food from outside and have a course of antiamebic drug on discussion with your family physician.
So far as your diet is concerned, I would advise you to go for more of roughage (fresh vegetables and fruits)and plenty of liquids to relieve the fecal incontinence. Fresh curd will be a good addition.Once you are getting the urge of passing stool, do not keep yourself waiting due to any reason, because more you do , more one will become constipated.
Also please add regular exercises like morning walk in your daily routine.
If after changing the dietary habits, the symptoms persist, then you have to see a gastroenterologist who may do an endoscopic evaluation of your intestines to rule out any other organic bowel disorder. I will also add a thyroid function test and a blood sugar test in the list of my investigations.
I hope I have provided you with the informations you wanted. If there is any further query, please do not hesitate to ask.
Thank you for using XXXXXXX forum for your health query.

Also if possible please suggest where i can go and see a doctor.
In a corporate hospital in your nearby area.
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX ! Good to listen from you so fast. This shows your concern.
The bowel problem is a common one now a days with many people, and they also get relieved with judicious adjustment in their diet, and judicious use of drugs.
As I already mentioned, amebic angle has to be taken into consideration and treated first.
Please do not eat full stomach if you get such symptoms after such full stomach meal. you better divide your meals into 5-6 equal parts and take it at regular intervals. Avoid intake of coffee, juices, caffeinated beverages, etc
Till you see a gastro enterologist, I would suggest you to go for some proton pump inhibitor, with a probiotic, which may also help you in relieving your symptoms. A gastroenterologist is a super specialist and you can find him in any of the famous corporate hospitals/nursing home in your area.
I hope I have given the information what you asked for . Good luck.
