If you were sexually active and had unprotected sex then you are advised to get USG (uterus and fallopian tubes) done to detect or confirm pregnancy. pregnancy can be managed accordingly. If pregnancy is not detected, go through some tests to diagnose symptoms like gastritis, GERD, being overweight, hormonal imbalance, thyroid problems, polyp, fibroid, etc. To get relief, you can take PPIs and anti-emetics. It will give you symptomatic relief. Meet your gynecologist.
