Have Wide Open Pores On Face And Creamy Fluid In Pimples. How To Get Rid Of It?

Question: My face is califlower and my pores are wide open. I have thick white cream behind my ears in pimples and creamy fluid in pimples in my face which both smell bad. It has been 6 months and I haven't changed my diet since I was 18 and I'm 33. What can I take because no face scrub works.

You are suffering from pustular acne.
You might require treatment with a combination of retinoids and antibiotics.

I can seen there are many pores on your face.
You need treatment with tretinoin cream.
This will regularise the cell turn over and help in healing acne.
For scars you need treatment with dermaroller.
This will help in removing scars.

You will need to XXXXXXX a dermatologist for this.
