Having Pain In Arm. Noticed Several Lump On Arm And Painful To Touch. Is This Serious?

Thanks for posting your query.
There are many possibilities for your complaints:
1. Musculoskeletal pain due to musculoskeletal inflammation/injury: This can be diagnosed if the pain increases on specific movements or on direct pressure on the affected area. Such pain can respond to medications like Ibuprofen 400 mg taken three times a day. This generally resolves within a week.
2. Frozen shoulder.
3. It could be related to nerves supplying right arm. A pinched nerve can cause such symptoms.
The tender lumps need a direct examination for a proper diagnosis.
It is important to find out the exact cause after physical examination and investigations like x-ray of right arm/joint, etc. Hence, I would suggest you to consult your Orthopedician for complete examination and the treatment would follow according to the cause.
I hope this answers your query.
