Having Severe Pain In Back. Hurts While Breathing Or Touching. What Is The Problem?
Question: I am in severe pain on the left side of my back just above the waist and on the side. it hurts when I take a XXXXXXX breath or touch the area,

This type of pain can have many origins
Muscle strain and ligament sprain,
Pleurisy,
Local abscess,
Pancreatitis,
Diverticulitis,
Stone in kidney-ureter-bladder,
Aortic dissection
and Myocardial Infarction.
If you do not have fever and the problem started all of a sudden then it is most like the Muscle strain and ligament sprain related or renal stone related problem.
Because possibilities are so many I would advise you to consult your physician.
Meanwhile the pain can be controlled with Tab Ultracet OTC 6 hrly.
