Swelling in right cheek area since 15 days conform me whether it related to dental or not

2. Is the pain radiating to your head region on the same side?
3. Is the swelling located in front of the jaw or behind the jaw?

Pus Drained out from the cyst
Cyst Wall Excised in toto
Homeostasis mantained
Incision Closed with 5-0 Catgut
Extubation Smooth


Chief Complaints     C/o Swelling in Rghit Cheek Area since 15 days

Past history     Nothing Significant

Diagnosis     Right nasolabial Cyst

Procedure     Right nasolabial Cyst Excision Under General Anaesthesia
Post Operative treament     inj C-tri iv 250mg (1-1)
     Inj Diclo 2cc (SoS)

Treatmant at discharge      Syp -swich 5mg (1-1)
     SyP-combiflam 5ml(1-1)

Thanks for providing me all the details.

You mentioned all the details about your treatment.

I suppose the swelling is in the same region then two possibilities strike me now
1) Improper oral hygiene
2) Improper procedure during cyst removal.

Since the odds are in favor of dental problem I will suggest you please revisit your dentist who did the procedure. You may probably require x-ray. Follow all the given instructions properly to maintain oral hygiene.
