Heart Racing When Relaxing Or Sitting Or Laying Down. Why?
Question: When I am relaxing ... maybe sitting or laying down... my heart will race...why?

The symptom you have is called palpitation.
Such symptom are commonly seen in people with hypertrophy(increased size) of the heart, which could be secondary to many common conditions like High blood pressure, High cholesterol and hyperthyroidism.
I suggest you to consult your GP to get yourself examined to rule out above causes.If none above is found then a test called 2D Echocardiogram is very useful to ascertain the cause.
