Hi
Thanks for the query
The symptom of dizziness you are having is due to the citalopram as it causes dizziness. For your vision problem i would like to know you exact symptoms and any history of HTN,
Will be waiting for your response
Thanks

No history of htn. I felt as if my left eye was crossing. There was a tightness feeling around the eye. It was a feeling as if your prescription glasses were way out of the proper metrics and your eye muscles was reacting trying to adjust. I checked in the mirror and there was no crossing observed. It went away within one to two minutes but left me with a headache and some dizziness and a feeling of stiffness in my neck. It was very similar to the feeling I have after a migraine.
Last physical was very good with no health issues. It was a year and half ago.

Thanks for the reply
Well that actually is not any symptom or disease but a neurological condition often negligible associated of side effects of medication like the one you are already having and sometimes with depression and migraines. It is recommended to discuss the effects of medication with the doctor who prescribed that medicine. may be you requre to change the drug.
If you still have some queryl, feel free to ask
Thanks
