6. AROUND 2:00 PM/PACIFIC TIME

I will advice to put some ice in towel on it for about 10 minutes few times per day, and elevate the arm with sling or use a pillow to keep it up. It should improve in couple of days.
If the pain not settling then you need x-ray of the elbow.
