How Accurate Is HIV Combo Test?
Question: sir, I have a sex with my girl friend and done HIV 1&2 & PCOMBO test after 27 days of exposure. The test result is Non reactive and index value is 0.19. What is the accurancy of this test ? Do i need to wait for 12 weeks of windows period and test it again? I am totally depressed and feared of the test

I am not sure about it.But I am feeling and depressed and not able to focus on work,. Feeling so scared of the test again after window period. The fear is taking my life completely.

Transmission depends on many factors. Even if she is positive, your chances of getting it are 1 in 10, again depends on severity of her disease.
Now tell me, is there any reason to believe that she could be positive? If she is healthy and has no illness known, it is unlikely that she has active disease, and that should be a favorable point to you.
Is she healthy without any cough or recent weight loss or skin rash?

she is very healthy without any issues. Recently I got a news that she had sex with ex-boy friend for multiple times. But still this is the first time for me, I am totally worried about tests. I am not able focus on my work, always thinking negatively about this disease. Please help me to overcome this situation. it is taking my mind out of the control
