Question : I caught a cold, I have running nose, a headach and feeling dizzy. no sourthrought problem. I need a medication.

Hi,

It looks you have common cold with dizziness.
Cold causes dehydration of the cells. Increase the fluid intake in the form of juice.
Lemon helps during cold. Steam inhalations every 8 hrs would definitely help.
Take a combination of Acetaminophen and Cetrizine tablet if available as over the counter medication twice a day after meal.
