Brief Answer:
Apply Neosporin ointment
Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for your query.
I am Dr. Kakkar (Dermatologist). I have gone through your query and i have noted your concern.
The point where it is hurting/ paining could be a developing/ deeper acne. I suggest you to use Neosporin ointment over that area, twice daily. You would get Neosporin ointment Over the Counter (OTC). Also take an OTC painkiller e.g ibuprofen tablet, once or twice daily, if it is hurting too much.
Regards

Brief Answer:
Apply Neosporin Ointment
Detailed Answer:
Thank you.
I have viewed the images. yes, the skin of lips does seem like cracked in the images and perhaps that is the reason for pain and discomfort rather than a pimple/acne as I earlier thought.
I would anyways ask you to apply Neosporin ointment, twice daily. Neosporin is not only a topical antibiotic but since it is an occlusive ointment therefore it would help moisturize and heal up the cracked lip skin too.
I think it would work bettee than a plain lip balm or coconut oil.
regards

Hello doctor ,
For the past three days I have been battling with severe dry and peeling skin in the bottom of my feet that is the soles of both the legs . First I started noticing it as I had terrible itching and when I looks the skin was coming off like tape then I immediately starting using hot water with salt immerse therapy followed by Vaseline so the peeling mess is better to thirty percent stroll it's there but the itching is still there especially in the morning followed by smelly feet the stunk Ines is terrible . What should I do . Is it because of Vaseline application and I use heavy blanket at night so it sweats I don't. Own I am assuming ... because I never had smelly feet though I always have intervals of itchy feet every now and then it would last for a week and then go I use to apply cocunut oil and also I cannot wear socks in the night as that would also give me itching I do wear cotton socks only still I had the problem again I am not sure whether it was because of the sweat or anything else I will upload the pics it's much better than how it was but still very minimal difference please help

Brief Answer:
Topical antifungal cream and antifungal dusting powder
Detailed Answer:
thank you. I haclve viewed the images.
Perhaps you have a fungal infection.
Keep your feet dry and clean. Avoid using Vaseline or coconut oil.
Topically you may use an antifungal e.g either clotrimazole 1% cream or miconazole 2‰ cream, twice daily for 4 weeks.
After you bath or wash your feet, air dry your feet and use an antifungal dusting powder in toe web spaces. This will keep the feet dry and reduce smell.
You may also take a table of cerizine 10mg once daily in evening for symptomatic relief from itching.
