Question: my calf has been enlarged for about a week, what is it?

I have read your query.

In my opinion it may be due to problem in blood vessel for which you have to get colour doppler of affected limb.

If pain, redness, fever also present along with redness then its cellulitis for which antibiotics are needed.

So in nutshell I advise you to visit orthopedic surgeon who will do your physical examination and may advise all that I advise you already.

You shouldn't ignore what I have explained to you, till you visit doctor elevate your limb.
