Hi Sir,

Welcome to HealthcareMagic .

Don't worry. Initially it was said that glynase mf should be taken 30mins before meals/breakfast .

But later it is proved that it may be taken before , along or 10mins after food. The action remains same.

For my patients I suggest to take 30mins before food. So that when blood sugar starts raising , adequate drug should be there to tackle it. So I suggest you so.

If in case you forget to take then no problem you may take just after food .
