Question: Thanks for the previous question's answer and i would like to ask one more question that How can we improve our skin tone? With the help of medicine or something else

Brief Answer: By exercise and good nutrition Detailed Answer: Hello XXXX. Thanks for your question. You can improve your skin tone and turgor by regular exercising, regular bathing and good nutrition. That is, if you mean texture of the skin by skin tone. If you are referring to skin color, then, it would depend on what your skin color now is. If it is dark or if it has patchy hyperpigmented areas, then that can be improved with the help of local application of retinoids. If your skin color is uniform, then you don't need to worry about it, skin color is a biological adaptation to our environments and there is nothing much you can do about it. Avoid sunlight as much as possible, wear full sleeved clothes, and apply a moisturizing lotion to keep the skin well hydrated and supple.
