How To Keep Blood Pressure Under Control?

Question: HI Doc, I am 62, male 5'10" 12 stone. average Bp 122/70 heart rate 62, over the last 7 days.
Heart attack 1 month ago, taken to hospital initial treatments within 1/2 hour, stent put in within 2 hours, little or no heart damage. lucky me, in right place at the right time.
Question, BP seems a bit low ?
meds
Atorvastatin 80mg - 1 tablet every morning
Ramipril 2.5mg - 1 tablet twice a day
Bisoprolol 2.5mg - 1 tablet every morning
Prasugrel 10mg - 1 tablet every morning
Aspirin 50mg - 1 tablet every morning
Unable to see GP for 3 weeks, another country, thought i would ask you opinion.
History
I have kept a eye on BP for several years as it was allways high, been on Tenormin 50mg for the past 2 years, but now just above meds.
Family history of heart disease, father died angina at 65, younger brother triple heart bypass 10 years ago.
