Dear Friend.
If you say you don't have any such issues I assume that you have got tested.
Now the only key to loose weight is exercises and diet modification.
I don't ask you to remain hungry. What is required is diet modification and not dieting.
Say strict no to oil, rice, potato, junk foods, sweets,cold drinks, ice creams.
Eat less and more frequent.
Whenever you are hungry you can take salads, oatmeals.
Start exercises. Start with brisk walking for 45 minutes. After 5 days start running for atleast 20 min and 40 minutes of brisk walk.
If possible join a gym and use treadmill and cross trainer.
Keep you mind in strict control.
Drink as much water as you can.
As far as medicines are considered there are no medicines which promote rapid weight loss.
If you want you can take Orlistat.
It will help you in weight loss in long term with continuous use.
Mark my words there are no medicine and supplements that can help you alone in weight loss without exercises.
