Any Suggestion To Get Regular Periods And Cure Pcod?

I am 33 yrs old having irregular menstural cycle,and PCOD ,obesity. Consulted gynaecologist here .was having yamini tabs on the 5th day of peiods. 4-5 months periods came regularly on months without having any tablets. But again it got stopped. For weight loss doctor prescribed me orlistat capsules along with diamet tabs. Can i continue yamini tabs to get my periods regular. ?when i get periods too menstural flow too nt so much. What should i do to get my periods regular and resolve my pcod problems

First thing which is required in PCOS is dietary restriction. Non-hormonal methods like metformin may be required along with oral contraceptive pills.
