Question: it has been 1 year ,i m workout in gym ...i have lost 12-13 kg of my weight i.e abt 9% of fat loss..but i m unable to loss my fat from waist line....and whenever i get off my diet for week or so my waist fast started increasing.......and also with good proper diet my metabolism rate has nt increased tht good.

You need to take a diet that is appropriate for the calories you need. You need to stay steady on this diet and do not go off this diet. If you stay steady on diet and exercise, you will lose weight.

Metabolism depends on exercise and not on diet. You are mostly doing well and you should keep making the effort.
