Question: I AM 5 FOOT 248 LB DIABETIC CANT SEEM TO LOSE WEIGHT IN FACT SINCE STARTING INSULIN IM GAINING WEIGHT IM TRYING REALLY HARD TO WATCH MY CARBS.HOW MANY A DAY SHOULD I BE EATING EXERCISE IS DIFFICULT IN 68 AND OVER PAST FEW YEARS HAD MAJOR ILLNESSES CARDIO PULM ARREST DUE TO SEPTIC SHOCK TRACHEOSTOMY SIGMOID COLECTOMY WITH VRE KIDNEY STONES GLAUCOMA DIABETES HYPOTHYROID NEED SOME EXERCISE...ANY IDEAS? NEED DIET N EXERCISE PROGRAM...WITH ELEVATED CHOLESTEROL AND BLOOD SUGAR AFRAID I WILL HAVE CARDIAC EVENT FBS RANGES BETWEEN 175 275 CHOLESTEROL 250 HDL BELOW 40 ANY HELP YOU CAN GIVE ME WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATE TYOUR CHANCE TO SAVE A LIFE THANK YOU XXXXX
