How To Rule Out Herpes?

Brief Answer:
May be herpes but should be investigated further.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to health care magic,
Yes,there may be chance of herpes for your repeated mouth ulcers if you had a sexual exposure with some unknown or professional partner but I will need to see that lesions in order to comment exactly.
Without clinical inspection it will be slightly difficult to say whether it is herpes or not.
Also it should be investigated further by HSV 1 and 2 antibody testing which will confirm the diagnosis.
If herpes detected then you will require antiviral therapy with acyclovir.
Kindly send me pictures of that ulcer if you are still having.
Awaiting your response.
Regards,

Now off topic, how safe is to have protected sex with call -girls?
Brief Answer:
It is never safe but one should use good quality condom.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome again,
I would strongly recommend you not to have sex with prostitutes or any other unknown partner as it is not safe considering high prevalence rate of sexual transmitted diseases especially HIV and Herpes.
Still if anyone need to have sex with them then they must use good quality condom which actually acts as a barrier to HIV and STDs infection by preventing the mouth, vagina, penis and rectum from being exposed to bodily fluids such as semen, vaginal fluid and rectal fluid that can contain HIV or STDs.
You must be knowing it very well.
Ensure that you do not have any cut or bruise or any ulcer over genitals and oral cavity before proceeding.
Hope this will help and if you need more help then feel free to ask.

Are any bacteria or virus permeable or they can pass though condoms??
Brief Answer:
most probably they do not pass.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Generally, good quality condoms do not allow any bacteria or virus pass through it as I said earlier.
In case, condoms does not break or sliped during sex, then there least chances to bacteria/virus pass through it.
So,don't worry about it.
