Brief Answer:
Safe to take ativan

Detailed Answer:
My dear,
Thanks for sending your query to us.

In majority of people it is a safe drug to have . In a very very small group of closed angle glaucoma patients there may some issue with intra ocular pressure. Though these drugs act on central nervous system they may act on tuft of small vessels in choroid and cilliary body .

What you should do is to have repeat follow up regularly to ensure that pressure is controlled in spite of Ativan.

Any further query in this regard please do get back to me.
