Is Ciprofloxacin Advisable For Severe Diarrhea While Having Peripheral Neuropathy?
Question: i AM A 70 YO W FEMALE AND HAVE HAD SERIOUS DIARRHEA FOR OVER A MONTH. iT WAS TESTED AND FOUND THE ISSUE WOULD RESPOND TO CIPROFLOXACEN. I HAVE PERIPHERAL NEUROPATHY AND AM CONCERNED ABOUT THE WARNING NOT TO TAKE IT IF YOU HAVE NEUROPATHY. SINCE i AM ALLERGIC TO SULFA DRUGS I WAS TOLD THERE WAS NOTHING MORE THAT COULD BE DONE AND i WOULD HAVE TO LIVE WITH IT.
