I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Tab cudo forte is probiotic and doesn't treat renal dysfunction associated with chronic kidney disease.
Creatinine levels decrease depends upon treatment of actual cause. In diabetes, proper control of blood sugar may help in improving creatinine levels.

could you please tell me the contents of the tab cudo forte and its uses
the blood sugar levels are very much in control but due to diabetes history of more than 25yrs the kidney is damaged
so in patients like these suffering from CKD how does this tab help in the reducing creatinine?

Hi dear,
Cudo forte contains probiotic bacteria like Bifidobacterium Longum, Lactobacillus Acidophilus and Streptococcus Thermophilus.
It is used to increase immunity and in gastrointestinal and urinary tract infections.
This tablet do not helps in reducing creatinine.
So, consult a physician for treating the underlying cause.
