Is Duralast Safe To Take Empty Stomach?

Question : only once is allowed a day this duralast 60 with sidenfill 50 , then can i take duralast 30 twice at an interval of few hours on the same day without any effect. When i took duralast 30 it gave some stomach upset as side effect which remained for 2-3 days. Is it safe to take empty stomach?
