Question: My ggt level is 150 all other liver test XXXXXXX What I worry about

May indicate alcoholic liver damage

Hi and welcome.

This is moderately elevated ggt and in most cases it is a sign of excessive alcohol intake so the first step would be alcohol reduction if present. Second,it may be caused by certain medication and third,by other types of hepatitis such as viral hepatitis or autoimmune one. You need to do liver ultrasound as well.
