Is HIV Combo Test Done One Month Post Exposure Conclusive?

Question: Hello doctor,

1. How reliable is "hiv combo test" and after 4weeks??

2.My chlamydia and gonorrhea came back negative which were conducted after 10 days of exposure . And he says since there is no discharge no other tests are required. Doctor has examined my penis and also by some instant uti kit and said no uti also . But it still burns at the head of penis . What shall I do for this? It freaks me out..and it's on and off pain. Sometimes it's there and some other time not. No pain while urinating.

HIV combo tests is a very sensitive test after 1 month exposure (>99%).It is considered conclusive by many.
With the given history and Exposure there appears to be no risk. If combo test is negative you can allay fears of HIV.
If all the STDs tests are negative and no symptoms suggestive of STDs ,then you can allay fears of STDs.
The symptoms may be due to anxiety or over cleaning the area.
Clean the area with warm water twice daily. Do not use harsh soaps. Drink plenty of water and fluids.
Wear loose cotton inner wears.

My urine test was not with full bladder. The samples was taken 10mins after I cleared my bladder. Does it effect results and the sample taken after 10 days is reliable??

Thanks doctor I have a rectal fissure which I found after rubbing with paper. But it's gone. But I feel itching and rectal irritation there also. Can it relate to anything when combined with penis pain ?

Otherwise it may be simple fissure.
Take plenty of water and fluids. Take fibre rich diet.Avoid friction or irritation in the area.
