Brief Answer:
No, there is nothing danger about it
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query
According to XXXXXXX academy of pediatrics the recommended schedule for vaccination of general population MMR is 12 mnths to 15 months.
The vaccination schedule is made by keeping in mind the whole population(compliance, feasibility, burden of disease in community)to achieve maximum immunity.
The MMR vaccine contains vaccine for Measles,Mumps and Rubella.
According to IAP at 9 months measles should be given and first dose of MMR at 12 to 15 months.
The XXXXXXX Academy recommends MMR at age of 12 months and no measles vaccination separately.
But in XXXXXXX due to high prevalence of measles the IAP has made a recommendation of additional early dose of measles at 9 months(even 6 months if there is epidemic).
It has been seen that maternal antibody transferred to baby helps in protecting these diseases(measles, mumps, rubella) till 6 months of age and if given the vaccine may not be effective due to interaction with maternal antibody circulating in the baby.So there is no need of vaccination for MMR till this age.
If MMR vaccine given at age of 8 months 15 days,it will not cause any harm and protect the baby in the same way as per usual schedule(even it is helpful as it provides early immunity).
So you need not to worry at all.
I hope this helps.
Please do ask if you have any more query.

OPV third dose is recommended at 9 months
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the follow up
Both third dose of OPV and Measles(MMR in your case) is recommended at 9 months of age as per IAP guidelines.
You can give her OPV3 at 9 months of age.
Regards
Yes it can be given separately as well
Detailed Answer:
Welcome again
OPV3 can be given separately as well. There is no problem at all.
Both OPV AND mmr are live vaccine. If not given on the same day there should be interval of at least 4 weeks between two injectable live vaccines(like MMR and Varicella). But this is not applicable to oral live vaccines like OPV and Rotavirus vaccine.
So don't worry.
The next dose of MMR can be given anytime after first dose(there should be gap of atleast 8 weeks). But as per recommendation it should be given at 4-6 years of age.
I hope this helps.
