Brief Answer:
Thyroid/ weight
Detailed Answer:
I am sorry to hear about your condition. I am sure it is quite distressing.
Regarding thyroid, what are your TSH and free T4 values on the lab result?
As far as the weight issue is concerned, Orlica is approved for weight loss. It works by reducing fat absorption by about 30% from your diet. However, the unabsorbed fat from food can often leak in stool and cause embarrassing spoilage of undergarments. Read about it online and see if you want to give it a try. It goes by the name ALLI in USA

I have clicked on the links. However the ranges are not in view. These often vary from lab to lab. Kindly send your results and the ranges for each test together so they can be viewed alongside each other.
It appears the TSH is low. This merits a recheck anyway and further testing. Is it possible some of the supplements you took contained steroids in them or were you on oral prednisone when you had the blood test done? Because steroids can lower the TSH like that.

Hi Dr Shehzad,
Thanks for the reply,
The physician where i did my health check up said me that i have hyperthyroidism, and about steroid, yes due to allergic bronchitis i used to take Betnesol, i had been taking it since last 8 to 10 months and now i got to know that it is a worst medicine and its a steroid, so doctor please tell me how to cure thyroidism , weight gain has made my life miserable and i lack confidence whenever i go out, so please suggest some remedies medicine which can bring me out of this hell.

Detailed Answer:
You have multiple conditions that require systematic and thorough management. An online forum can never do justice.
See a Pulmonologist to see if there is another way to treat your bronchitis and specifically if the betnesol can be avoided.
See an Endocrinologist to address your thyroid status comprehensively. It is quite likely you will need further testing such as Uptake and Scan studies, to accurately diagnose the problem. Treatment will depend on the results of this test.
The weight issue will be next once the above two are addressed properly
