Question: is taking PTU 1-0-1 50gr. taking from 24.10.15, thryro TFT TSH less 0.05, TU14.48 and emigo for stopping vomitting, safe during pregnancy 10 weeks?? 5 kg. reduced in 12 days., not able to take any food or drinks...weight now 46kg. 5' 6"

I have gone through your history and understand your concerns.
Yes,50mg of PTU is safe during first trimester of pregnancy but in second and third trimester she has to switch to methimazole tablets( these are more safe drugs).
Emigo can be taken during pregnancy to control vomiting but if you are unable to have anything after medicine, you should consult your treating doctor and get intravenous infusion and iv medication.
Weight loss can be due to hyperthyroidism also.
