Brief Answer:
Need more details

Detailed Answer:
Hai,

I gone through your query. I didn't get the content and safety profile of the weight gainer medicine.
if you have that kindly share.

However your liver profile and renal profile seems to be normal as from your quote.

As mild increase in SGPT is normal. Need to correlate with your symptoms. Isolated elevation of SGPT didn't give any clue as of now.it may be reaction of your current medical illness.

First we should assess the cause for your appetite loss and fever and other associated symptoms.

Kindly give your response for below queries.

How long you suffer from this symptoms like fever and loss of appetite?

Weight and height?

Any other medical issues you suffered past and present?

Fever pattern? Whether on and off or continuous one? Explain it clearly?

Urine and stool output and colour of both?

What is your occupation?

Diet pattern per day?before and Now?

Any weight loss recently? If so how much you lost in what duration?

Any other symptoms do you suffer?like vomiting, loss of sleep?

Kindly get back to me with details for further guidance.

Thanks and regards
