I never authorized you to charge my paypal a continuing ongoing $15 fee. This is theft. I don't need this bullshit!!!
I am canceling this whole transaction. This is a scam!!!
You owe me a whole month's worth of answers. I paid $15 for one month's replies till July 18, 2016. I thought this was answers given on the spot while I wait online, and not a report that will be sent to my email. You should have told me that upfront. You should also have told me upfront that you were going to try and charge me an ongoing $15 fee every month from my Paypal, which I never authorized you to do. I have canceled that unauthorized transaction on your part, but you still owe me $15 worth of answers from now until July 15th. I will wait to hear back from you. This is no way to treat customers you want to keep, by scamming them! Please send me the answers to my questions ASAP. I didn't realize I had to WAIT for them. If I wanted to wait, I could have just made an appointment and gone to see my doctor!!!
Thyroid
Detailed Answer:
Sorry to learn about your bothersome symptoms.
Levo thyroxine is not known to cause such a problem. So it will be worthwhile exploring other potential reasons for the odor.
When I see someone like you in my practice, I typically order the following blood tests in addition to a detailed physical examination:
CBC (Complete Blood Count, also known as Hemogram; includes Hemoglobin, WBC and Platelet counts)
Electrolytes (Sodium and Potassium in particular)
HbA1c (Glycosylated Hemoglobin = your last 3 months' glucose average). Also known by other names such as GlycoHemoglobin or Glycated Hemoglobin or A1c
Liver function tests (SGOT , SGPT, Albumin, Bilirubin, Alkaline Phosphatase)
Kidney function tests (BUN, Creatinine)
TSH (checks your thyroid)
Free T4 (this too checks your thyroid) Thyroid autoantibodies : Anti Thyroid Peroxidase (TPO) antibodies and Anti Thyroglobulin antibodies
25 hydroxy Vitamin D levels (ideal range 40 to 60 ng/ml = 100 to 150 nmol/liter)
None of these tests require any fasting and can be done at any time of the day
