Brief Answer:
It can be taken under guidance.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist, here to answer your query.

Of course, xanax can be taken as an antianxiety medicine, but under guidance of a physician.Clonazepam can be an alternative medicine.

Further, antineuralgic medicines like pregabalin or duloxetine along with methylcobalamin can be taken. That may help a lot.

Hope that helps. If you have any further questions,I shall be glad to have you in follow up.
