Brief Answer:
Bp is well controlled

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

With the latest recommendations of JNC criteria, 141/75 mmHg is a good control of blood pressure for a person over 60 yrs. It is a good control for a person with diabetes.
You seem to be measuring these in an automatic BP monitor. I suggest at least a three monthly review by doctor.
You had not mentioned her HbA1c values to comment her glucose control in the blood.
The best medicine for her Osteoarthritis is always a paracetmol (acetaminophen), massage of the muscles of thigh. She should not sit on the floor or any stool which is lower than the height of the knee joints, do not sit cross legged. Physical therapy is best option for pain in the knee joints. YOu can seek a physio opinion on the same.

Let me know if you have other concerns.
Note: For further queries, consult a joint and bone specialist, an Orthopaedic surgeon. Book a Call now.
