CAuse of high prolactin ?

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Good day. Sorry, I am not Dr.Grief. You may have to write to him directly to get his answers . Otherwise your query has landed in the open forum. Being an endocrinologist, i hope i will be able to answer your question.

First of all, let me ask you, what is your prolactin levels like ? How was it before? Was an MRI pituitary done anytime and could you attach theat report?

Are you taking cabergoline or Bromocriptine for the hiigh prolactin levels.
Pituitary gland adenoma can cause high prolactin and if the tumour is big, it can press on optic chiasm and can cause visual symptoms as well as headaches.
We may need to do a formal eye testing looking for visual fields and vision. You may also need an MRI pituitary to look for enlarged pituitary. The treatment is based on these factors. Could you please reply to my earlier questions? I will be able to guide you better based on those answers
