Question: I took 20mg of propranolol today but only supposed to take 10. Will I be ok?

If you were prescribed proponolol for either palpitation or migraine, it should be okay as it is only a small dose.
Check your pulse rate and BP and it is likely that they are normal. Only if you have a pulse below 50/minute or BP below 100 systolic, should you be concerned.
