Brief Answer:
Your blood pressure values are normal.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for asking on HCM!

Regarding your concern, I would explain that your blood pressure values are within the normal ranges.

So, relax and don't worry about it!

If your troubles persist, I would recommend consulting with your attending physician for a careful physical exam and some blood tests:

- complete blood count for anemia
- blood electrolytes for possible imbalance
- fasting glucose.

Meanwhile, I recommend avoiding straining physical activity and take plenty of fluids to stay well hydrated.

Hope to have been helpful!

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
